Injuries

 

Injuries should be reported to your AGC and your coach and you should complete a NSGSC Injury Report form from our website.

 

If a Club member is involved in an accident and needs to make a claim.  Please refer them to All Sport Insurance (see insurance policy) and complete an accident claim form.
