Refund Inquiries

Want to submit a refund request? Have questions around how refunds work? 

STEP 1: Visit the refund policies page www.nsgsc.com/refundpolicies and review the document.  Please note that this year our Refund Policy has changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ready to submit a request?

STEP 2: Follow these steps to ensure a timely and accurate refund will come to you (subject to the refund policies). Note, refunds will take 2-3 weeks to process.

  1. Refund requests must be submitted via email to both registrar@nsgsc.com and your AGC (Age Group Coordinator) whose e-mail can be found at http://www.nsgsc.com/clubcontacts.
  2. Please include the player's name, age group, and team name
  3. Notify your team manager and/or coach of your departure.

 

For U4/U5 (Tiny Tots), Development Centre, Centre of Excellence and M Program please email the registrar@ngsc.com directly. Please include the player's name, age group, session day and time.

NSISL - email the Adult Registrar directly nssoccerinfo@nsgsc.com. Include your first and last name and team name.

Members may withdraw and request refunds for a variety of reasons. It is at the member's discretion to determine if they choose to withdraw.  At this time, we have waitlists for many of our age groups and programs, as such rejoining mid-season may not be an option.  If you prefer a development style program over league play this season, we can review a transfer of your fees, provided there is still available space.  If you wish to rejoin the following season, NSGSC would love to welcome you back, subject to availability of spots.
