We all want to be active and stay healthy, and with wildfire smoke creating very poor air quality conditions throughout the Lower Mainland, the risks of rigorous outdoor activity can significantly outweigh the benefits.  To stay healthy, it is important that you exercise only in indoor environments where the air is filtered and healthy to breathe deeply into your lungs.
