Facilities & Operations Coordinator / Contractor

Do you know building maintenance? Can you negotiate contracts?  Do you have some spare time for a side-hustle?

Then you might be our next Facilities & Operations Coordinator.  NSGSC is looking for ad-hoc contract support (~10-15H/month) to support year-round maintenance of our NSG Indoor Facility.

You have experience working in facilities/operations and are comfortable managing all aspects of maintenance supplier relationships: procurement, contract negotiation, execution.  You are comfortable reporting via email in a timely manner to the ED and have strong professional communication skills.  You are organized and can manage seasonal requirements to keep the facility in working/safe order year-round. And most importantly, you are driven by the value sport brings to our communities, and understand the complexity in the work that goes on behind the scenes to allow us to produce both great athletes and the simple joy on a young girl’s face at kicking the ball for the first time.

At NSGSC we believe FUN is critical to keeping our youth in the game.  As one of the oldest and only girls-first Clubs in Canada, we strive to empower, inspire and develop our players, coaches and volunteers everyday.  If YOU are passionate about these things, you could be a good fit for NSGSC.

This role will report directly to the ED.

Please Note: You must live (or be willing to relocate on your own) and be legally allowed to work in Canada to apply.
