Private Coaching

Frame 69 (1)

NSGSC has decided to partner with Private Coaching Co. to provide private or semi-private training sessions. These sessions will focus on FUNdamentals both on and off the ball. Our goal is to help players build their confidence, improve specific skills, and learn exercises and movements to help with injury prevention, in a fun inclusive environemnt!

The Details

Sessions are being offered to all players but the recommended age range is for U10-U17 players who want to improve themselves on and off the ball. This is a great way to learn agility, movement, and fitness techniques or specific soccer skills/concepts. Having exposure to a new coach in is a small-group environment can be a rewarding experience for many athletes as this style of session allows coaches to focus on the individual players and help with their specific needs.

You have the option to register for small-groups (<5), semi-private 2:1, or private 1:1. The training will be aligned with NSGSC curriculums and player pathways for ultimate development.  PCC coaches are naturally removed from NSGSC Club staff to also ensure the removal of any bias during future evaluations.

About private Coaching Co

PCC was started by a local North Vancouver player Owen McBride who has dedicated his life to sports, eventually pursuing soccer at the professional level. He created PCC because saw just how much of an impact a coach can have on a young kid. His goal is to develop confident, competent athletes and humans, allowing kids to blossom and fall in love with their sport.

By focusing on lifelong development, Private Coaching Co elevates sporting experiences through individualized training, designed to challenge and develop athletes and coaches.

They believe sports should be fun. Kids should enjoy them, look forward to them and, ultimately, fall in love with them – to revel in the game.

They strive to empower kids of all levels and ages to guide them along their journey to becoming complete.
