Rekindle your love of fitness and find a sense of community through weekly PCC Powered “Build and Burn” morning workouts. Through quality instruction, positive reinforcement, and uniquely engaging workouts we’ll take HIT (High Intensity Training) workouts from your worst nightmare to the highlight of your day. Lift, sweat, better yourself and make friends in the process!
Training sessions take place on artificial turf, regular running/training shoes work well.
Registration Details - Winter Term:
Day: Wednesdays (2 sessions/week to choose from)
Time: 6:15-7:05 am OR 7:05-7:55 am
Dates/Cost: Starting January 15th, 2025 (updated)
Option 1: x 5 weeks: January 15 through February 12 - $100 AND February 19 through March 19 - $100
OR
Option 2: x 10 weeks: January 15 through March 19 - $180
